Couldn't agree more. I don't endorse the way things are in our over litigious society but I also don't make the rules, I'm just forced to play by them. The better you understand them, the better chance you have of coming out the winner................. And I hate to lose ;-)

And about your trip to Asia, you can bet if the person in front of you went through a tour agency that set up the trip to the temple, especially one based out of the US, and that person fell to their death, the tour agency would be sued and would lose.

System stupidity, I agree. But then what could be more stupid than the political BS we just went through over the debt ceiling debate that ended up immediately adding several hundred billion in debt on the very day the agreement was reached, sending the US past the previous debt ceiling, and got money for a dam project in the conciliatory senators home state ?
