You would, hopefully. I can come up with lots of programs, too. There are lots of piggy banks which need to broken open. I can (and I'll bet Alex can) find lots of programs to shut down without lowering taxes, too. If taxes were such a bad thing, Jesus wouldn't have rendered them to Caesar. Reckless is as reckless does. Fracking is reckless. Putting out more greenhouse gases is reckless. Recklessness crashed the world economy in '08. Recklessness closed down the government for a few weeks.
