Ed, I remember all the HP / MOT and capacity utilization problems in 96.

That said I also remember reading all the negative comments on this thread.
It was my opinion at the time that the semi market would pickup in Q4/96 to Q1/97 time-frame. That meant that TSEMF only had to cover small losses for half a year. As it turned out they didn't even loose money. Yet the stock traded at under $6. Even though it was not even possible for TSEMF to have lost the cash/market-cap differential in 2Q's.

All that I'm saying is that TSEMF does not trade according to any rational logical value system. If you trade this stock you need to take this over-shooting and under-shooting into account.

SLOB is very pessimestic about every stock he always post dumb comments about risk-- that are truly stupid-- TSEMF is no comparison to OAKT and ALSC--- totally different ballgame-- Everyone has a opinion and SLOB's comments usually spook people for no reason, TSEMF is going down for one reason BEAR STEARNS-- They are very aggressive Market Makers and tend to annihilate stocks --- They are thieves!
