I've read Obama is now calling on expert developers to help fix the system. I think it's all a little too little and a little too late.
It will be "fixed" because ObamaCare is simply "too big to fail" now. Ironically, this represents an opportunity for tech developers, because the "fixed" system will most likely be a maintenance nightmare, yet no cost will be spared to keep it alive 24/7.

This also fits into the left-wing idea of economic "stimulus," which is all described by the parable of the broken window.
