Not a "dumb question" It's what nobody talks about. I've been pondering the same question. It is time to stand and fight. You can always die in chains. Not me The time for 100,000 is NOW. I got my IRS notice for late file today. I registered for the T P 2 weeks ago. Coincidence. I always Pay 100% early. I filed and paid weeks early. They paid me last audit. It is ON.
