If you're going to consider anonymous quotes, you need to consider the one in which Bill Clinton was anonymously quoted as saying Barack Obama is an "amateur," or hundreds of others which have pointed out Obama's incompetence. How is this comment allegedly by Clinton anywhere close to what the former Bush official said? Hell.........can you not get your priorities straight?
