I would think it should be fairly obvious that premiums in the future depend on the number of healthy young people who sign up and I believe I have been clear all along that this is the problem. It is a huge gamble with lousy odds which is why only a dumbass would drop grandfathered coverage for it at this point.

Do you understand how insurance works?
