Z, the first graph means nothing because the method of calculations are unknown.

You still haven't proven to me that anyone ever paid a 90% income tax rate on anything.

The Laffer curve applies here. When tax rates are at 90%, that's essentially a preventative tax, meaning no one will ever pay themselves enough to get to a 90% marginal rate.
