I wouldn't move to Delaware for the insurance. Try NY, Wa, Kt, Ma. Don't try Ca; it's about to fall into the ocean.

They will get these glitches figured out and Obamcare will work fine.

How can people be so short sighted or misguided. This is a technology problem, not the health care problem.

Two different issues.

I am really curious as to how the right wing will spin it when millions start sighing up?
