Go on healthcare.gov and see how it works for you. It's a competitive marketplace that's just a hell of a lot more transparent for the consumer than what we've had up until now (you get to see dozens of plans lined up side by side! That's great!) and has some rules. It's a free market, but not one that's entirely unfettered and certainly one that's better for the consumer. -Z
