I should have stated more clearly in my initial post that it was the overall tone of the thread that seemed more bullish today, while it was decidedly bearish a week ago. I'm not overly bearish, to say the least, but I find it interesting that we've run up another 3%+ on top of the nearly 3% we were already up at the time. So roughly 100 S+P points higher, the tone appears (to me) much more bullish....whereas I would have thought that the rise would be more likely to bring out a more bearish tone. The one that suggests we've come to far, too fast, etc..... As you note, topping takes time and it usually gets a catalyst involved (in one form or another).
