My firm, The Poretz Group, is an investor relations firm that works with a number of publicly owned companies, e-Net among them. Most of our clients are involved in technology, most are small and micro-cap. We are remunerated by our clients, and that (sometimes our fee is paid in whole or part by stock options) is the only form of remuneration we get (no finders fees from investment bankers, no mark-ups, etc.). We are a growing firm that is working very hard to build our credibility with the investment community. Each of the investor relations professionals who work for the firm have senior level experience at publicly owned companies. We do not hype. We do not respond to rumors, even the most absurb -- neither confirming nor denying them. We do not "wink" about things. We never talk "just between us", and we do not filter information depending on whether the person to whom we communicate is a current or prospective investor, very large institution, or a kid investing their allowance. Everyone gets the same info, although we will talk at a different plain with the novice investor versus the more sophisticated investors.

Having said that, I invite anyone who is interested in e-net and wants to be on our fax or e-mail distribution list to e-mail me their fax numbers or e-mail addresses. We will keep you informed of news as it occurs -- not ahead of it. We will not discuss our schedule of releases before we issue them. We will pre-announce conference calls, and it is our recommendation to our clients to open conference calls to any and all investors with no password required.

As to rumors about the company -- you're on your own.

NOW ... what will probably interest you is a review of e-Net's Telecom 2000 product that appears in the December 8, 1997, issue of LAN Times, under the headline "The peacemaker, an e-Net production" and the sub-head: "e-Net defuses tension in the voice/data turf war for a reasonable price." The review was written by Tere Parnell. I encourage you to read the entirety of the review. Here, however, are some highlights:

 "Telecom 2000 from e-Net Inc. provides a true point of convergence for voice and data networks for all businesses, small and large alike. And any organization can afford it."

 "Running on a platform of either Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0, the Telecom 2000 system lets you send voice, data, or both over nearly any type of network, including Ethernet and IP as well as ATM and frame relay."

 "We tested the Windows NT version of the TCP/IP network in our satellite testing center, and as a result, we decided that we don't need a PBX there after all."

 "The system's Phone Assistant gives you all the features you would expect from a high-end PBX, and then some."

 "The telecom managers out there are probably thinking, `Yeah, but what about call routing and authorization codes?' The Telecom 2000 system does it all. In addition, you can set up access codes to enable reduced-digit dialing to offices connected by tie-lines."

 "But most important of all, the voice quality is excellent. In fact, in demonstrations of the product and through our testing, we found the voice quality similar to that of regular toll voice calls."

 "The Telecom 2000 more than holds its own as a total voice-networking system. But you don't necessarily need to choose between it and a traditional PBX."

 "Because of the distributed nature of the Telecom 2000, the system is highly scalable. Each TelSet functions as its own switch/call-server combination, so you never have to worry about overburdening the PBX."

 "We found e-Net's technical-support staff knowledgeable and even friendly. Better yet, we endured no long waits."

 "After the many years of the data/voice networking war, Telecom 2000 provides a place where data and voice technology and management truly come together."

 "With its flexibility, scalability, and low price, it presents an excellent value for any company that is serious about voice and data convergence."

The magazine rates five characteristics by poor, good, or excellent. In all five (installation, features, scalability, interoperability, and value) e-Net's product was rated "excellent."

LAN Times is a McGraw-Hill publication and highly respected. This was an independent test. E-Net has not spent a penny of advertising in the publication.
