Don't know but Holder has impressed him now to change his policies and the Sheriff has agreed to allow all the foreigners to reapply. Seems only status quo in the politically correct times we are living in that foreigners should be given authority over citizens and the right to bear arms against citizens, backed by the full weight of this administration's top dog of the justice system.
