Better now then 5 yrs from now. If the relationship ain't right now...it sure won't be right later on. Cute guy like that has so many possibilities he should never settle for less than the best.

One of our grandsons, the 18 year old one, just went through a bit of that. Fortunately, they are 'friends' and this grandson isn't even close now as he is in college away from that which 'was' :) If this was ever to be anything, it needed about 4 to 6 years or MORE apart in which to develop ---- time will tell... meanwhile... young man is learning about life with occasional visits to the family .... and I believe the wiser for breaking apart.
