More like my-a culpa. Sorry, I also am still learning how to properly do copy and paste (I was so accomplished with a quotron!). I had to leave about noon and didn't quite understand the mystery until now. Still the point is that VTA/TNT is cytotoxic (kills primary tumors)while all them other guys are cytostatic (they shrink metastic tumors).

I don't know if ENMD is the best of them other guys (SUGN and others may have something to say about it) but they have licensed half their antiangiogenesis arsenal to BMY with an option on the other half. This is my principal reasoning for conjecturing a BMY (Bristol-Myers-Squibb) license for VTA. You can see it's a very big license. It just figures.

No word heard on China yet.
