New Buy today a re-entry of CECE-CECO Environmental. I like the fact insiders have been buying of late and own around 22%. This is the amount I consider. I have my money where my mouth is stake. However a, they can be pushed at a later date if needed stake. The dividend yield of over 4% helps on holding for a recovery. The company has piled on some debt from acquisitions, but has ample cash on hand IMO. I think the company's integration costs are now behind where they can see some improving benefits from a bigger scale operation.
