So the debtor made $6.9 million (accrual basis) in September, the third consecutive month of profitable operations. Notwithstanding the correct predictions of Silky and others that ATP would be a total wipe-out for all below the DIP lenders, the reported information to the SEC and Court remain strangely inconsistent with the secured creditors (among which I am a nominal member) ending up with zero, zilch, nada. What's wrong with this picture?
