Each component had a goal, objectives and methodology. I wrote that entire plan myself. 1,440 pages and the feds gave us half a million dollars to implement it. Then the governor hired me to be the first state Director to implement it.

I guess anybody can fool somebody once. Look how you got fooled into buying a coal play in Saskatchewan and lost everything and now struggle on pension and real estate commissions.

Does that sound utopian to you? You conservatives never even try to solve problems, so you don't think they can be solved.
If it is so good why do you need a Canadian bank account? Have you declared your bank account in Canada to the IRS or do you operate it illegally?

People ask me all the time where to put their money and I say, I do not know what will happen and the only really safe thing I can think of is gold, or a Canadian bank account.

What background did you have that prepared you to write an emergency medical services plan?

Didn't you get a degree in psychology and go to AK to work on the pipeline and later turn to selling houses? Somewhere in between you worked for the state.

Is this just a matter of Democratic politics, where you were active in the party and they picked you for party loyalty?

What is involved in writing a state plan? Do you contact similar agencies in another state and get their plan and go through and change the state name, state capital, addresses, etc? Or is there something more involved?

That sounds impressive, Koan, but none of that supports your advocacy of utopia.
