Absolutely! Technology doesn't "stop" when everyone says, "okay, I've got what I need now". After we take a piece of "technology" out of the box, it's obsolete, and we need something better. With Windows 98 coming out next year, I'd be willing to bet that PC's with just 8K of RAM won't be able to run it. We'll need more RAM, a faster CPU, faster CD-ROM, etc. Well -- why not just get a whole new computer? It's naive to think that things WON'T change. If you want to keep up, you've got to change, too.
