Smartin, sorry about the misunderstanding. I did not ask them the source of the financing or the terms of the financing since it is presently not a big concern of mine. I know that $5 million is in the form of a loan at a 7 to 8 % rate which is a good deal. The other $5 million may have Rule 144 shares involved, but I'm all but certain that it won't affect the company's desire to rid the illegal shorts from the stock. They want the illegal shorts out of their stock just us bad as we do. However, though the Neys don't like him, Roland is really a nice guy. I'm sure if you ask him nicely, he may tell you. Nonetheless, I have the patience to wait for this information.
