Prices of homes stimulates much more the economy due to the high leverage and ability to borrow against this asset.

IMHO it seems the CB's are repeating the same mistake as before - very low interest rates leverages the average home owner beyond his means and earning potential.

IMHO we are prone to a very serious economic debacle as China and India can not keep up with their economic expansion and at the same time the needed transparency.

Overly influential government officials, bribes graft or whatever you call it is the Achilles weak point.
