I worked a lot of years out of the laborers union. Had my A card and worked with a lot of iron workers.

Worked with cranes setting pipe on the trucks, and chaining them up in winter.

Iron workers, toughest job there is IMO.

I could have stayed with the state. I didn't want to.

I got my first job as Director of state Office of Alcoholism and Drug abuse because they could see my work and believed I could do the job.

I was a better teacher than administrator. should have stayed with that. Big mistake and not getting into music more.
