You may be thinking of me, Ten. I was dead set against the Iraq war from the moment Bush first brought up Saddam on TV. The moment, the timing, to me it was just so crystal clear this asshole was going to use America's fear and anger after 9/11 to start a war that had no connection.

Before that, I was beginning to accept Bush as a plausible president.

Bush did just that, with the help of expert communicators. While never directly linking Saddam and 9/11, he would bring him up constantly after talking about 9/11, until a majority of low information Americans believed Saddam was BEHIND 9/11. After all, the president knows much more than you and I.

The rest is history. A ginned up invasion and war we didn't need to do, based on lies. The highest of crimes.
