We had this discussion a few weeks ago and I posted a link that explained it perfectly. The part-time employment had increased steadily right up until the time the employer mandate was put off. And it will undoubtedly kick in again as the new effective date moves near.

Really? Look at the chart you (kind of) posted...it does exactly the opposite of what you claim.



The employer mandate delay was announced on July 2nd 2013...for the year leading up to the announcement of the delay part time employment actually STEADILY DECLINED,. not "increased steadily right up until the time the employer mandate was put off".

These are just seasonal and economic fluctuations that have nothing to do with ACA.
