Typical liberal argument. You put up a straw man and think you're a winner.

Of course I never said that "code from other sources is never used". Code is reused all the time. I modify other people's code and use it. And other people modify my code. And it's more than just shared or free code, I've also bought source code with the purpose of modifying it.

No, what I said was that the piece of code that warned about privacy was unlikely to be reused from a public source.

Go ahead and show me wrong.

Go find the code that the phrase was borrowed from.
