It's called tax-loss selling.

People are selling this to salvage some positive from it (ie. the tax loss).

If there were negative trial news leaking out, this stock wouldn't be getting eroded day by day -- it would get hammered when the rumor/leak hit the fund managers.

If the street was expecting truly bad news from the Formavirsen trials, this would be a sub-$10 stock.
