Hey Ted, you forgot to boldface the most important point of all: But Schuyler has a simpler theory: “Poor design and poor planning. There is no other reason.” All of these challenges should have been foreseen three years ago. Even as little as six months ago, it should have been apparent to the project planners that the site won't be ready in time for the launch. I'll bet that in the course of the next several months, we'll find people who were holding up the red flags, only to be ignored because of the politics. Because like I said before, any hiccup in the implementation would immediately be seized upon by those oh-so-evil Republicans as an excuse to get rid of the whole thing. Tenchusatsu
