Not attempting to start anything by this comment, but I was wondering if anyone has called the company's auditors and asked them a few questions. Might be a good idea for one of the thread's CPAs that know something about SEC audits to give them a call. I have called about everyone else I can think of except JTO (what could he tell me anyway) and would appreciate it if someone more knowledable than me make this call. Ask some things about the poolings, the quarterly's, legal proceedings (if any) etc.... What is the auditor's level of involvement in the quarterly's and the poolings? I would be very interested in any response from them. If someone does so, please let me know.

Further, is anyone in a city that has a bingo hall??? If so, could you go to the hall and talk with the manager. Ask him about number of people through the hall, how busy it has been compared to last quarter, what kind of influence the company has on the individual halls once they are set up and a manager hired, if they have heard of any additional VGM's coming to their hall etc....

Basically, lets get out there and kick the tires. In my calls, I have found nothing negative and only positive comments that I have discussed in some of my posts or have not mentioned as they were properly covered in other posts or official BNGO releases. I have talked with John Ritter, Mike Fearnow, Robert Kacseg, Larry Netherland and Michael Sponhour.

GO PACK GO!

Jay, I haven't been through one of these calls as an investor... since the call started I've been looking at other calls as have many on this thread. Other than the case mentioned by someone recently, of a company that backed out of the call 2 days in, I haven't heard of a call that tanked out.

I have a hard time envisioning a scenerio where the stock tanks below $5, but I'm just a young turk. Perhaps you should redirect this question to a more seasoned participant, like MT. He has 20+ years experience in the trenches to call upon.

Jay: Pardon me for butting in on a post addressed to Que but the questions you asked are very similar to a discussion some of us had when BNGO first started plummetting a few days after the warrant call. There were some individuals on this thread who were LOUDLY bemoaning the demise of BNGO. Problem was, nobody was providing any evidence or logical arguments for all their loud naysaying. To make a long story short, I suggest you go back to those days and read the thread. There were a few posts where some of the risks were laid out fairly clearly and some opinions offered as to where BNGO stands with respect to those risks.
