There is no book or manual on leadership that would recommend the techniques that Obama uses, for any leader. He behaves childishly. Most parents would punish their own children if they behaved like Obama.

I agree with you that he appears disinterested in governing or leading. He simply wants to destroy the nation so that his armed thug buddies can become tyrannical dictators.
