How do you know what is a bad regulation? Name a few bad regulations? That was no straw man, those were facts. The SEC guy never followed up on 5,000 complaints. Not one, and since he resigned no one has heard a peep out of that guy; and he was known for being complicit with Wall street. They were involved in bad philosophy and fraud. Greenspan was a follower of Ayn Rand's bullshit sociopathic scary jungle philosophy. He now says he was wrong. Like McNamera they all want to come clean at the end of life.
