Henry, <<Driving a car is a freedom >> Not so, it's a privilege not protected by the Constitution or Bill of Rights. That's why you are forced to wear seat belts in some states. Unfortunately, SI is also a privilege regulated by SI administration. They can do what ever they want, even kick the flea bag Kitty off SI for any reason which is too bad.

Henry,

I agree that certain types of speech are not protected, that is a given. The only question is who is to determine if the speech falls within the protected or unprotected category. Got to go, maybe we can get into this in greater depth later.

I am Austin Lett of the Johnson-Lett Company. By way of introduction, I have spent much of the past eleven years exploring for the answer to the presence of precious metals, in unconventional forms, in some western desert sands. I have collected the following list of names for these strange gold ores from various people I have met during this eleven year journey:

Spooky Gold
No-See-Um Gold
Micron Gold
Mystery Gold
Refractory Gold
Ghost Gold
Non-Assayable Gold
Cluster Gold
Encapsulated Gold
Transmutation Gold
M-State Gold
B. S. Gold
Unstable Gold
Complex Gold
Microscopic Gold
White Gold
ORM Gold
Monatomic Gold
Monotomic Gold
Phantom Gold
Isotopic Gold
Unrefinium Gold

and my favorite...

Misery Gold

I have met desert rats and charlatans, scientists and mystics, engineers and dreamers, and always people who have a belief that borders on the spiritual. I have listened to the stories, watched the experiments; first succeed and then fail, and all along the path I have learned as much as I could. I have invested my money and time and patience with many of the people I have met. I have made countless mistakes. There was no course for this at the U of Michigan Business School.

When I met Al Johnson and spent some time with him, I knew my journey was over. I had found the man with the answer. It had taken him seventeen years of research to understand the nature of the Franklin Lake-like ore and to create a method for processing it so that it could be assayed using standard techniques and so that it could be commercially separated.

We are grateful that the company we have formed is now joined with Naxos and its Franklin Lake property in proving to the world a truth that I believe, will forever change the precious metals industry. There will always be those fear-based people who resist change by trying to attack the creators of the new. They will fail. With Naxos, we have the technology and the property. We also have the management people in place that have a proven ability to successfully withstand outside attacks and to hold the course. We will have some bumps and some setbacks but IMHO we will prevail.

Henry, I am a Wolverine and a Libertarian. Al Johnson wears a blue ball cap with a maize "M". We met some Naxonians at FL and hope to meet you soon. From Al and from me: GO BLUE!

With All Best Wishes To All The Naxonians,

Austin Lett
