Fair? Chicago politicians are never fair.This thing wont be ready and barry soetoro is forced to delay it. Now the question is will this thing be ready by Nov 30th? Too bad he didn't take the advice of the republicans and delay this forever. This may help the republicans in 2014 and 2916 if barry soetoro continues to drag this out.
