As of December 1 roughly 30% of all outstanding shares have been shorted. November saw an increase of about 570K shares, to just over 10 million short. It will take over 6 trading days to cover this volume. We may indeed see $18 or $19 before the move up. But when the new plant is approved, watch out. VVUS is poised for a MASSIVE short squeeze. I should have stuck to my original buy limit at $20. Didn't. Instead I'm in at an avg of $24. But this thing should be up to $30 in no time at all.
