Hi benyway; Oh I have known more than my share of clueless CEOs. One of their traits is that they think they're the one that does all the work in the company.

One of the nice things about being a hotshot engineer at relatively small companies is that when you decide to quit, they sometimes send you to the CEO so he can talk you into staying. Then you can tell him to go f himself right to his face. They find it quite shocking. They're so used to people toadying up to them and telling them how brilliant they are.
