I read a question on the Yahoo Chat Board that might be worthy of discussion --"why would a company spend 7000 dollars for Topro's CD, when they could go directly to the manufacturer and have them do the fix." I confess that I still get confused on some of this so please excuse me if it's already been on our agenda. Jan

Right again. Let's face it, some people couldn't do a straight deal if their life depended on it. The phrase "too smart by half" comes to mind.
