This is going to change, and all average the bozos in America are powerless to do a thing about it... One click of a mouse and capital can be switched to an offshore account legally. Profits can be booked through foreign subsidiaries that have lower tax rates legally. Money can be parked in foreign currencies and stocks forever legally. Do you think anyone with money and means would sit around waiting to be a target for Obama and his cast of clowns? No one has a legal or moral responsibility to follow an outlaw tax code the does not respect the constitution.
