Hutch: Never did pay any attention to the can of crap that Can-a-crap or Whoreton pushes...Those west coast based brokerage houses have their favourite "big time and high profile players"...By the time the little guy's or the general investment public hears about their so called 'picks", it's to their advantage, not ours...It's the same with IR groups and most west coast based brokerages that tout penny stocks...especially if they are not bottom fishes...

These guys that push the buy signals on spec. plays, that have come up from under .50, and are trading in the dollars, make me laugh and puke at the same time...

I think we get more intelligent information and opinion from the likes of Vaughn, Terry, Feline, Jimsy and you, than we ever will from any two bit west coast broker broker who has to earn his 50 or 60 bucks per trade by churnin' the hell out of these puppy's...

Judging by today's House Positions that's exactly what the likes of Can-a-crap and Whoreton were doing today...

IMHO, the only way to play these junior spec. plays is to get 'em on the downticks or their backsides (bottom fishes) and give it to them when the recommendations or the news releases fly...

Keep a comfortable long position, just in case and trade the rest...

I lost a small fortune and a house because of a couple of westcoast brokers back in '87 and I have no mercy for them or respect for the same...

Caution and cash preservation... is on tap and the order of the day...

Hutch - Tradestation prices features

Firstly, you can vist Omega at omegaresearch.com

There are different versions of Tradestation which to my knowledge work with either the BMI satellite or the DBC cable feed.

Tradestation 4.0 $2400US has a power editor to write up any kind of trading indicator, system, paintme. showme, etc, for the experienced professionals - this is realtime, intraday charts, end-of-day charts, chartscanner, all the bells and whistles

Supercharts Realtime $1200 US same as above without the power editor but has a quick editor that is very good (I have this one)

Supercharts end-of day $395 only end of day

Wall Street Analyst FREE for BMI customers how about that and this is a scaled-down version of Supercharts Realtime but has most of the features that you really need, does intra-day charting.
BMI also has another program they give you for free.
Their 15 minute delayed feed is around $65 and there are no exchange fees. As soon as you go realtime, you have exchange fees plus the live feed of about $250US per month.

THere are some other packages available off the Internet at various prices and some free and I'm in the process of writing these all up with screen print illustrations.

Hope this helps
