* M2 currently being produced at 0.25u in R&D facility. Speeds start at 233 MHz; yields are good.
* Hope to have qualified M2 production in Portland at 0.25u in calander Q2.


I hope the speed of .25u process will be 233 MHz not PR-233.
If that is the case, and if the sweet spot is 266 MHz and some parts at 300 MHz, could it be a good time to drop the PR rating?

Btw, it looks like Cyrix will not make any money on MX under the current process. I hope they are not making any more of them until the IBM .27u process is up and running.
