I have taken a position at 48.70, looks overdone to me.

Bought more RIG today.
One of my holdings which I doubled down on (initial position well underwater, second position now +) reported better than expected earnings, managing through some headwinds - ticker EXC.
Div ex 11/13, rate about 4%. Might be worth a look see.
Waded through parts of DLR CC, these guys don't give you a lot of confidence. I was curious about the "$500 mil buyback authorization" and how it would be financed, someone asked about that. Management said, IMHO, in essence if I'm listening correctly, a buyback isn't likely currently, as they want to deploy funds in other areas.
My question would be, how much further would the stock need to tank before a purchase would be considered?!
And why throw that out there if the chances of it happening are so minimal?
Same ol' same 'ol with this company, it seems.
