CNN Smacks Sebelius with Split-ScreenOuch. 10.30.2013 Truth Revolt 2 During her grilling at the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Wednesday, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius testified that the Obamacare exchange website had never crashed. “We were anxious to get the website up and running and functional, which we clearly have failed to do to date, although I would suggest the website has never crashed. It is functional, but at a very slow speed and very low reliability and has continued to function,” she said. During her testimony, the website crashed. CNN featured the embarrassing scenario on split-screen.
