duh, if us currency is being debased why has inflation not exploded. why has gold dropped? how come the velocity of money has stayed so low. sucks when facts dont fit the theory.

Think not? I've already seen two major housing bubbles in my lifetime. I'm 100% certain we'll see another, especially if over the long term, we continue to see currency debasement and low interest rates as part of the Fed's monetary policy choices.

Huh? I thought Shiller was your housing guru.
