Forbes Magazine just designated Putin the world's most powerful person.

I don't know what their selection criteria are, but I agree with their result.
The POTUS should be that most powerful person, but Obama's lack of leadership
character makes it impossible today.

The comparison of the two perfectly fits what Alexander the Great said:
"I have no fear of an army of lions (the US military) led by a sheep (Obama), but
I have much fear of an army of sheep (Russian military) led by a lion (Putin)"
