Maybe. But probably not. The studies that indicate a linkage have procedural flaws. Usually there is no linkage. Which makes sense. Raising the minimum wage affects all businesses in a given sector. So there is no competitive advantage. And raising the minimum wage doesn't cause a decrease in business and can have the opposite effect.
