Yes I think so OSO. The SIA has indicated that 0.07 micron will be the new milestone in the year 2006 for MPUs and 2009 for DRAM. That means volume production at least 2-3 years later. So perhaps volume production in 2008-2011.

There are no mass production lithography tools other than lab processes (and there are 5 such competing versions) that can enable geometries this fine right now. The current push is for 0.18.
