The problem that continues to plague this administration is that it is based on common sense as opposed to what came before

..the leadership did not anticipate that providing an affordable system for all Americans to acquire quality health insurance would require a massive Madision Avenue initiative

..but then who could anticipate the concentrated ignorance that the loyal opposition has chained themselves to

Starting to look forward to a white president again so we don't have to put up with the "special" Republican opposition to apple pie and motherhood

Well, I hope you are right about the country being better off once these problems are straightened out and this assumes that they can be straightened out.

I think you are right about the WSJ cherry picking the news--they are not going to give the Obama administration any credit at all if they can help it, but I still think it is a great early warning system for the Democrats. They don't have to antipate lines of attack or achilles heels on issues--it's all laid out for them right there in the WSJ. I think it's a must read if one is in the political consulting business or just into deciphering each parties moves.

Don't quite follow on how the medicare supplement raises being modest relates to the AFCA as I think one is apples and the other is oranges.
