Yea, bought some yesterday @ $5.68/share. Now at $5.45/share, this one yields over 3.8% if they maintain their dividend. May have to add a few more shares since the sell off is as a result of them selling done some of their assets at a lower price then first stated. Still it should not reflect a $1.00/share less in value but at most $0.50/share. Now if w/ their JV interest they can drill more wells, this one could move back to $10.00/share if/when they hit new profitable wells.

FWIW, they used the proceeds from those JV sales to pay down debt. They also sold a 50% interest in their midstream operation too. Their JV partners also must pay the costs of a portion of those new wells too.
