Have another buy that went through today at $17.84/share. I will buy another lot at $17.52/share which is the previous low. I am counting on their revenues to grow in the next few quarters. My position is now at a 1.1% portfolio size and would build up to a 2% position if we ever get to that $17.50/share price.

See my review up thread w/ the picture of the NG gathering footprint. The value proposition for me is all the excess capacity they have and still are close to covering their current 1st year distributions. The new contracts should fill more of that capacity. Also, everything is on a fee service not driven by commodity prices.
