Aaron, if I'm reading that correctly, Builder's Warehouse shareholders upset over something sued individuals, and also Osicom as the "successor." Osicom paid them a settlement and is now themselves suing those individuals. Is that your interpretation? Do we have any other details (the lawsuit should be publicly available, somewhere)?

Perhaps Witz is one of the individuals being sued -- maybe because ot the allegations that were just reported by Business Week?

It sounds as though Osicom continues to be mentioned in the press with regard to things it was a victim of, without enough emphasis on its status as victim.
