Savings is only an option when interest rates are higher.

Germany does not need savers. It needs consumers. Savings is only an option when interest are higher.

When interest rates are near zero it is not clever to save.

US says that as a major economy it has responsibilities towards the neighbors of the economic community.

EU goes down Germany goes down too.
