I am new to this stock and just started doing my research, but does anybody know when yearly earnings are going to be announce. I am thinking about waiting until after the three day period for insiders trading has passed before buying in. Thanks for your help! Regards, Dan

We've just been playing a little "what if...?" Some folks were interested in when the insiders are allowed to sell after the IPO. I posted a paragraph from the prospectus that referred to the lock-up period, and is sorta sparked the discussion of potential release of more shares. Any discussion about it is just conjecture at this point. Piranha
